What the service does

CreatorPrint AI takes artwork you upload and produces print-ready files at standard print ratios, along with optional AI-written listing copy, framed mockups, a short ad video, and price suggestions based on comparable Etsy listings.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Etsy. Price suggestions are drawn from Etsy’s public API and reflect what other sellers are asking, not what items sell for. They are a starting point, not advice.

Your artwork

You keep all rights to what you upload. We claim nothing over it. See the privacy policy for exactly which third parties process it.

You must have the right to upload what you upload. Do not upload artwork you do not own or have permission to use, and do not upload anything unlawful.

Plans, credits and billing

The free plan includes three AI-generated listings per month. Pro costs $7.99 per month and includes 500 credits monthly. Credits are spent as follows:

• 1 credit — generate listing copy
• 2 credits — AI Enhance
• 4 credits — AI Enhance, two-pass

Monthly credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs do not expire and are used only after the monthly allowance is exhausted.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Upgrade page; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds

If a feature fails and produces nothing usable, we do not charge you for it — credits are returned automatically when an AI request fails.

For refunds of a subscription payment or a credit pack, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. When a credit pack is refunded, the credits it granted are removed from your balance. If you have already spent them, we do not claw back the difference, but repeated purchase-and-refund may lead us to close the account.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, nothing here limits your statutory rights.

File retention

Uploaded artwork and generated files are deleted automatically after seven days, and download links expire after six hours. Download and keep your own copies. We are not a backup service and do not guarantee that any file will still be available.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to circumvent credit limits, script bulk automated requests, resell access to the service, or use it to process content you have no right to.

We may suspend or close accounts that do these things. If we close your account without cause, we will refund any unused portion of your current billing period.

What we do not promise

AI output is generated and imperfect. Listing copy may need editing. AI enhancement adds resolution but cannot recover detail a camera never captured, and in Restore mode it reconstructs faces, which can alter features. Always review output at full size before listing or selling it. You are responsible for what you publish.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect.
